Canton CC price

Canton (CC) is the native token of the Canton Network, a blockchain built for regulated financial institutions. It lets banks, asset managers and market infrastructure providers run applications that talk to each other while keeping sensitive data private, which public blockchains usually cannot offer. Major financial firms have taken part in Canton pilots for tokenized assets and settlement.

The network is built around privacy and interoperability: each participant only sees the data they are entitled to see, yet transactions across different applications can still settle together. Smart contracts on Canton are written in Daml, a language designed for financial workflows.

Canton Coin is used to pay for network use and to reward the participants who run infrastructure, build apps and use the network. Its model is meant to reward real activity rather than simply early holding, and it is burned when network fees are paid.
