Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (EURSAFO) is a tokenized European fund created by Spiko together with Amundi, the largest asset manager in Europe. It is the euro share class of the fund and aims to earn a stable return slightly above the euro short-term interest rate (€STR) while keeping money available at short notice.

The fund earns its return through fully collateralized swap agreements with major banks. It is regulated as a UCITS fund in France and supervised by the French financial markets authority, with a traditional depositary bank and auditor. Its register of shareholders lives on several public blockchains, including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and Stellar.

EURSAFO lets businesses and investors earn euro interest on their cash with the speed and transparency of blockchain, starting from very small amounts. Its value rises slowly as interest builds up rather than staying fixed like a stablecoin.
