We have started a housing and slum clearance programme which will not only give employment but will provide a decent setting for family life. In slums alone we are to deal with 20 houses where only one used to be dealt with. What that cause means to those of us who believe that the crown of the civilized state is the healthy family and the happy fireside you can judge.
