Jackie Biskupski is an American politician who served as the 35th mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah from 2016 to 2020. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served as a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing the 30th District in Salt Lake County from 1999 to 2011.
