Marcellinius Nlemigbo is a Nigerian legal practitioner, politician and social entrepreneur from Imo State. He was the former chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) of the All-Progressive Congress (APC).
"I didn’t start politics with the PDP. I started my political career with the late Sam Mbakwe. I was his financier at that time during the NPP and NPN era. I was a young man then. I have worked hard to see what we can do to solve the problems of our people. So, my political career did not start in the PDP."
