Salman Khurshid Alam Khan is an Indian lawyer and politician who served as the Union Minister of External Affairs under Manmohan Singh. He is a member of the Indian National Congress who was elected from Farrukhabad Lok Sabha constituency in the General Election of 2009 from the Farrukhabad area. Earlier he was elected to the 10th Lok Sabha (1991–1996) from the Farrukhabad Lok Sabha constituency.
